Counseling is unlearning what no longer serves you. It’s uprooting the negative and planting the positive, self-confident thoughts. I know you have the capacity to experience peace and contentment. You get to live a life worth living, free from what formerly held you down.

It’s all a bunch of “psychobabble” insinuates the flippancy of therapy. Psychobabble Therapy is a silly name, but it is serious work. It can be helpful to make light of therapy while still taking to heart that it takes bravery to be willing to address mental health. We admire you for being here to start that process.
