Tori Head - LPC-MHSP

Life comes with many obstacles, and it can be easy to become stuck or overwhelmed when maneuvering these challenges on your own. I firmly believe that we all can overcome those obstacles and reach our full potential once we begin internal work. My goal is to meet you where you are, create a safe space to explore your inner self and help you find your path to relief and the best version of yourself.

I work with individuals facing struggles with life transitions, self-worth/esteem, family of origin issues, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. My approach will be catered to your individual needs using an integration of strength-based, goal-oriented, and cognitive behavioral modalities.

I have a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Addictions from Lipscomb University and am fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC-MHSP. I have five years of experience working in various settings, including inpatient psychiatric stabilization, residential substance abuse and outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, and partial hospitalization. Outside of my professional training and experience, I have personal experience “being on the other side of the chair.” I hope always to empower, encourage and applaud you for your vulnerability, strength, and decision to pour back into yourself.
