Taylor Musarra, LPC-MHSP(T)

Therapist

Life can often be unpredictable and force us to navigate through different seasons of change. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves a compassionate space to come as they are. I aim to create a safe place where you can explore your experiences and find strength in your vulnerability. Utilizing a person-centered approach, we will work collaboratively to make meaning of your story, and equip you with the necessary skills and tools to fully embrace life. I genuinely believe in the power of connection and I want to encourage you to embrace authenticity while working towards gaining confidence and trust in yourself as you find the strength to take another step forward.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Belmont University and I am an LPC-MHSP (temp) working towards full licensure as a clinical mental health counselor. I am under the supervision of Vanessa Davis - LPC-MHSP 3526. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating through life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, adoption issues, and both perinatal and postpartum mental health. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to share the most vulnerable parts of yourself and how easy it can be to feel lonely in the unknown. Change can be difficult but not impossible. It takes bravery and courage to for what you need. I welcome the chance to get to know your story and support you as you grow!
