Kenyon Amott, LPC-MHSP(T)
Therapist

Hi, my name is Kenyon and I’m so happy you’re here!
Making the choice to pursue therapy is a brave one. My first priority is ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and understood throughout our time together. I am deeply committed to supporting my clients through their toughest challenges, offering a renewed sense of hope and healing along the way; trusting that it may feel dark now, but it will not always be like this.
My aim is to create a safe, authentic space where clients can be themselves. I believe that this strong and trusting relationship forms the foundation for lasting, meaningful transformation. When working with clients, I utilize a variety of interventions; however, I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based approaches.
Whether you’re working through a big life transition, struggling with anxiety and/or depression, experiencing a loss, or feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and confused, this space is meant for you.
Outside of the therapy setting, I enjoy running and participating in group fitness classes, spending time with my family/friends, trying out new local restaurants, and attempting to bake sourdough bread!
