Bre’onna Logothetis, LPC-MHSP(T)

Therapist

As a therapist, I believe in the transformative power of healing and growth. Therapy is no small feat—it’s showing up for yourself, unpacking the heavy stuff, shedding tears, navigating the complexities of healing, and celebrating breakthroughs as you rewrite your story. The work you’re doing matters deeply because you matter deeply.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Therapist, LPC-MHSP(T). I specialize in (but not limited to) helping individuals navigate grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, family of origin concerns, ADHD, and sexual/verbal/physical abuse.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique journey. I tailor my methods to fit each client, drawing from EMDR, CBT, IFS, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, Adlerian, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Together, we’ll work to set boundaries, protect your peace, and create a life grounded in your healing. You are worth every step of this journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s create the space you need to heal, grow, and thrive.
