Bre’onna Logothetis - M.A. CMHC

I work with people who come from all backgrounds and stages of life with a focus on grief/loss and trauma. If you are facing or have faced heartbreak, loneliness, family questions and drama, life transitions, trauma, loss and grief, anxiety and depression, those who have experienced abuse of any kind, those who want to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, those who just need guidance, and more. I will use techniques and theories based on your individual needs.

There is a stigma that seeking counseling is weak or only for those going through “really hard things” - both statements are untrue. Taking time to focus on who you are and pouring it into your mental health is a great way to heal, understand, grow, process, and love yourself. With that being said, it takes a great amount of vulnerability, courage, and hope to open up to someone about things you may have never talked to anyone about before. Know that you are not alone, as I am here to provide a safe environment as we work together!

I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). I have my Master’s Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of The Cumberlands and am currently working to obtain my full license in Tennessee as an LPC-MHSP. I have clinical counseling experience in the state of KY and TN. Outside of my experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I have had years of personal experience going to counseling. I hope you feel empowered and know that you are not alone. I look forward to working with you!
