In these times, what can be helpful is having a witness to walk alongside us, ask thoughtful questions, and assist us in parsing out the meaning of life's ups and downs. Someone to tell our story to, to listen and truly see and hear us.

Hi! My name is Olivia, and I would be honored to be your witness. I approach my role as a therapist like a kind and open-minded mirror - reflecting meaning and helping you to find clarity in the blurriness. I enjoy working with adults through life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, creativity, self-worth, and wellness. I believe wholeheartedly that each individual possesses the innate ability to heal and grow, and I aim to provide a safe and kind space for that healing and growth to happen.

I work from a person-centered approach and often bring in elements of CBT, DBT, IFS, and creative expression, alongside a deep respect and compassionate curiosity for your journey and goals.
